Forest City Stapleton is working on the 154-unit second phase of the Botanica on the Green apartment complex near the East 29th Avenue Town Center. To have the first units delivered in January, the 8-buildng complex will feature 64 2-bedroom units, 84 1-bedroom units and 6 3-bedroom units, with 40.0% of the units having off-street private access.
