The Boulder County commissioners are to discuss the purchase of the 72-acre Echternacht property on August 14th. Located on the western side of US-287 and north of Arapahoe Road, the property has been coveted for open-space purchase for a long time, and recently received recommendation for joint purchase by the county and the city of Lafayette.
