Prudential Real Estate sold the 227,000 square foot I-225 Business Center at 13450 Smith Road in Aurora to Columbia Industrial Properties Midwest LLC for $15 million, or $54/SF. Tom Wanberg, Dan Grooters, Riki Hashimoto, and Mike Wafer of Grubb & Ellis brokered the sale on behalf of the seller.
