Granite Peak Partners recently acquired two apartment complexes in Glendale from Carmel Cos. Totaling 137 units and 79 units, respectively, the company purchased the Lancelot apartments for $10.15 million ($74,088/unit) and the Cherry Point apartments and $5.48 million ($69,380/unit).
