The partnership of JCRS II, Colorado LLC and Four Boys Hampden Villa LLC recently paid $9.5 million, or $98.77/SF, to Hampden Villa Center LLC for the 96,181 square foot Hampden Villa Shopping Center. Located at 15132 East Hampden Avenue in Aurora, the sale was negotiated on behalf of the seller by Griffin Karsh & Brooks, the retail investment group of Frederick Ross.
