JRES monitors apartment market conditions srveyed by Pierce-Eislen and the Apartment Vacancy and Rent Survey, conducted by University of Denver professor, Dr. Gordon Von Stroh for the Apartment Association of Metro Denver. Pierce-Eislen surveys construction, rental and vacancy in the apartment market and Dr. Gordon Von Stroh surveys rental and vacancy. Based on our experience in the Denver market we project market conditions based on development activity and demand.
