The occupancy rate for hotels in metro Denver improved during the 1st quarter of 2017 after a period of decline. The March 2017 Rocky Mountain Lodging Report measured metro occupancy as 74.2%, up from 70.3% one year earlier. The highest occupancy rates were found in downtown and northeast Denver while the lowest were in midtown and north Denver. The report is produced for the Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association by EKS&H PC.
